What is the nearest MRT station?
Esplanade MRT (Circle Line) and City Hall MRT (North-South / East-West Lines) are both within walking distance (~5-10 min walk).
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. The carpark is operated by Suntec City Mall. Standard mall rates apply.
Where is the carpark entrance?
Suntec City Mall carpark has multiple entrances. Refer to the Suntec City website for carpark maps and real-time availability.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Suntec Singapore is fully wheelchair accessible with elevators, ramps, and accessible washrooms throughout the venue. Full accessibility details and a technical guide are available on the Suntec website.

Where do I check in?
Registration will be at MR 321-322 on Level 3. Look for directional signage from the main entrance.
What do I need to bring to check in?
Your ticket confirmation/QR (digital or printed).
What time does registration open?
August 3 - Early check-in from 6PM - 8PM (MR 321-322 on Level 3).
August 4 - Doors open at 7AM. Please arrive early to avoid queues.
What if I lose or forget my ticket?
Visit the registration desk and our team will look you up by name or email.
I am just starting out with my brand, do you offer any discounts for newcomers?
Yes! We offer a complimentary Brand Pass for e-commerce founders who are early in their journey and meet our eligibility criteria.
To apply, visit our Brand Pass application page. You'll be asked a few short questions about yourself and your brand so we can ensure the event is the right fit. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we'll send you a code to purchase your ticket on our website.
Note: Brand Passes are limited and subject to availability. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Do you offer group discounts?

Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Tickets are transferable you can change the name on your pass if needed. Please notify us in advance so we can assist with the transfer process. Email contact: hello@ecomnorth.com
What is the refund policy?
We understand that plans evolve. Most passes are transferable and many of our attendees make Ecom North a professional investment. If your timing shifts, reach out to us directly, we will work with you to find the best path forward including applying your experience to ward a future experience. Email contact: hello@ecomnorth.com
What is the dress code?

Is there a networking happy hour/after party?
