Where is the event?

What is the nearest transit stop?
Union Station (TTC Subway + GO Transit) is a 5-minute walk. King Station (TTC Line 1) is also nearby. Streetcar routes on King St and Front St stop steps from the venue.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. Green parking is available nearby at 1 Front St E and the surrounding lots. Rates vary. Public transit is strongly recommended given the downtown location.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Meridian Hall is fully wheelchair accessible with elevators, accessible washrooms, and ramp access throughout. Please contact us at events@ecomnorth.com if you have specific needs.

Where do I check in?
Registration will be at the main lobby entrance on Front Street. Look for directional signage on arrival.
What do I need to bring to check in?
Your ticket confirmation/QR code (digital or printed).
What time does registration open?
October 29 — Doors open at 7:00 AM. Please arrive early to avoid queues.
October 30 — Doors open at 7:30 AM
What if I lose or forget my ticket?
Visit the registration desk and our team will look you up by name or email.
I am just starting out with my brand, do you offer any discounts for newcomers?
Yes! We offer a complimentary Brand Pass for e-commerce founders who are early in their journey and meet our eligibility criteria.
To apply, visit our Brand Pass application page. You'll be asked a few short questions about yourself and your brand so we can ensure the event is the right fit. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we'll send you a code to purchase your ticket on our website.
Note: Brand Passes are limited and subject to availability. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
