What airport should I fly into?

Please fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN).

NOTE 1: ARRIVAL TIME | We recommend arriving on March 2nd by 3:00 pm to ensure you can join the group transfer and opening session.
NOTE 2: DEPARTURE TIME | Please plan departures for March 4th after 2:00 pm to allow full participation in the closing session.

Are flights included?

Flights are not included and should be booked independently.

Do I need to book a specific flight?

No. You are free to book any flight that fits within the recommended arrival and departure windows. We recommend booking directly with the airline or using Google Flights for comparison.

How do I submit my flight details?

Once your flights are booked, you’ll be asked to submit your flight details via a flight information form. This is required to coordinate airport transfers.

Do I need a visa to enter Mexico?

Canadian and U.S. passport holders do not require a visa for short stays. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

Will transportation be provided from the airport?

Yes. Group shuttle transportation will be provided from Cancún International Airport to the resort and back.

Where do I meet the shuttle at the airport?

Detailed pickup instructions (meeting point, signage, and contact info) will be sent closer to the retreat date.

What if I arrive outside the group transfer window?

Private transportation can be arranged at your own expense. We’re happy to recommend trusted providers.

How long is the drive from the airport to the resort?

Approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes. Upgrade details will be shared separately.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 3:00 pm

Check-out: 12:00 pm

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. You are offered one additional night at a discounted rate at the time of ticket purchase checkout. If you would like to stay another night in addition to the checkout add-on night please reach out to us directly.

Is attendance required for all sessions?

Sessions are encouraged. There will be intentional downtime built in.

What wellness activities are included?

Depending on the location, activities may include:

  • Paddle boarding
  • Snorkelling & zayak
  • Yoga or guided movement
  • Hydrotherapy Circuit
  • Nature walks
  • Group experiences and team-building sessions

Are activities mandatory?

No, all wellness activities are optional.

The unsurpassed indulgence of ESPA products and therapies are combined with ancient rituals and Mayan healing techniques to give a luxury spa experience as only NIZUC Spa By ESPA can deliver.

One complimentary Hydrotherapy circuit will be included in your ticket. The circuit will feature a tropical view sauna, steam room, ice room, vitality pool, cold plunge and outdoor pool.

What meals are included?

The retreat includes:

-Daily breakfast
-Daily lunch
-Coffee, snacks, and refreshments
-Select group dinners

Any meals outside the group programming are at your discretion.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes. You’ll be asked to submit dietary preferences and allergies in advance.

What should I wear?

  • Casual, comfortable resort wear
  • Light layers for meetings
  • Swimwear
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Activewear for wellness sessions

Is there a dress code for sessions?

No. Business-casual and relaxed. Comfort is encouraged.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available throughout the resort and meeting spaces.

Should I bring my laptop?

Yes, laptops are recommended for workshops and working sessions.

Founder's Reset is designed for 7–9 figure DTC founders and operators focused on scaling, systems, leadership, and long-term growth. Conversations will be high-level and practical.

This is a work-focused retreat with a balance of strategy, execution, and connection. Space is intentionally limited to ensure high-quality conversations. Please review all logistics emails carefully as the retreat approaches.
