The Ecom North Toronto Summit will be at Meridian Hall and the St. Lawrence Centre for Arts at Yonge & Front St. in Toronto.

Is Ecom North an all ages event?

All attendees must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to attend Festival and all related events, unless otherwise stated. Some events may require attendees to be nineteen (19) years of age or older.

Ticket FAQs

Why am I paying a deposit for a free ticket and when will I get it back?

The deposit is to ensure that your seat is reserved for the conference. Although the event is completely free, Ecom North takes a fully refundable $350 deposit to prevent empty seats. You’ll receive the full deposit back as long as you attend the conference. This helps Ecom North maintain accessibility while ensuring that people who reserve tickets actually show up. You will get the deposit back by September 29, 2025 after you check-in at the conference.

Can I refund my ticket?

Ecom North tickets are non-refundable, but we’d be happy to help you transfer your pass to a friend/colleague. If you wish to change the name on your ticket, you will be able to do so until September 22, 2025 at 5:00 PM (EST) free of charge, after this date you will be unable to transfer your ticket.

If you're an attendee with a free ticket and can no longer attend, cancel anytime before September 8, 2025, and we will refund your deposit.

Can I purchase a single day pass?

We do not offer single day passes at this time.

What are the different types of tickets?

  • Founders Passes are for founders only and are FREE from April 15-30
  • Brand Passes are for anyone that works for a brand. They are $500 but only $350 until July 31. 
  • Solutions Passes are for companies that provide solutions, software or services to eCommerce businesses. 

What's included in the VIP Ticket?

  • Access to the VIP Lounge: Enjoy exclusive access to the VIP lounge, a comfortable and relaxed space where you can network with other founders & speakers.
  • On-site Lunch Buffet & All-Day Tea & Coffee: Indulge in a delicious, complimentary lunch buffet. Additionally, enjoy all-day access to a variety of tea, coffee, and refreshments to keep you energized and refreshed during the conference.
  • First Choice of Roundtable Workshops: As a VIP, you get priority access to the Roundtable Workshops, allowing you to select the sessions that align most with your interests and goals before general attendees.
  • VIP Seats at the Front of the Theater: Get the best seats in the house! VIP ticket holders are given priority seating at the front of the theater for all main stage talks and presentations, ensuring you don’t miss a single moment.
  • Pre-Conference Sunset Boat Cruise with Dinner, Drinks & Dancing: Kick off the event with a special, exclusive Pre-Conference Sunset Boat Cruise. Enjoy good food, breathtaking views and refreshing drinks while dancing under the stars. Speakers invited. Monday September 22, 2025.
  • VIP Dinner & Closing Party: Enjoy a dinner party on the closing day with all of your new founder friends and our speakers. Wednesday September 24, 2025.

Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Meridian Hall: 

  • Fully accessible washrooms are located in the lower lobby and on the main floor of Meridian Hall. The mezzanine level has a larger private bathroom which may be suitable for some assistive devices.
  • Meridian Hall lobbies are accessible for patrons using wheelchairs or other mobility-assistive devices. The mezzanine and lower lobby levels can be accessed via elevator from the main lobby. Balcony seating is accessible with a stair lift from the mezzanine level.
  • Meridian Hall has dedicated accessible seating locations on the orchestra and mezzanine levels, plus other seating suitable for patrons with limited mobility.

Bluma Appel Theatre:

  • The lower lobby of the Bluma Appel Theatre is partially accessible for patrons using wheelchairs or other mobility-assistive devices. The Bluma Appel Theatre has dedicated accessible seating locations in boxes three and six, as well as on the orchestra level accessible by an attendant-operated lift found in the lower lobby, plus other seating suitable for patrons with limited mobility.
