Where can my guests park their vehicles?
There are four large parking lots in close proximity to Meridian Hall and St. Lawrence Centre. Spot Here has many great parking options listed here.
Why am I paying a deposit for a free ticket?
The deposit is to ensure that your seat is reserved for the conference. Although the event is completely free, Ecom North takes a fully refundable $350 deposit to prevent empty seats. You’ll receive the full deposit back as long as you attend the conference!
I lost my badge. What do I do?
Please visit the registration desks in Meridian Hall to get a replacement badge.
When is badge pick up?
Early registration is available on Day 0. Registration will also be open on both event days, starting at 7 AM.
Is Ecom North an all ages event?
All attendees must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to attend Festival and all related events, unless otherwise stated. Some events may require attendees to be nineteen (19) years of age or older.
Can I refund my ticket?
Ecom North tickets are non-refundable, but we’d be happy to help you transfer your pass to a friend/colleague. If you're an attendee with a free ticket and can no longer attend, please let us know, and we will refund your deposit 24hrs prior to the event.
If you wish to change the name on your ticket, you will be able to do so until September 22, 2025 at 5:00 PM (EST) free of charge, after this date you will be unable to transfer your ticket.
Can I purchase a single day pass?
We do not offer single day passes at this time.
