Can I apply to volunteer?

Yes, we are looking for volunteers to help with registration, speaker support and event assistance. Apply here.

We have two ways to showcase your product to attendees:

Do you offer group rates?

Yes, group rates are applied at checkout when purchasing multiple passes at one time.

Can I get a refund or transfer my pass?

Your pass is 100% refundable before September 8. After September 8 you can transfer your pass to someone. Please email hello@ecomnorth.com for a refund.

Who is eligible for a Founder or Brand Pass?

Founder passes are reserved for founders of brands. Brand passes are reserved for operators of brands. We approve all brands that look like legitimate brands - whether you are just starting out or have hit 9 figures in sales.

If you work for a company that provides solutions or services to ecommerce business you will require a Solutions Pass.

When will I get my deposit returned for the Founder Pass?

We will reimburse all Founder Pass deposits within 72 hours of the conference as long as you have checked in to both days of the event.

Can I purchase a single day pass?

We do not offer single day passes at this time.
